    * To buy property Købmagergade 61 in Copenhagen 
    * Property is acquired at valuation of 38.4 million Danish crowns ($5.57 million) 
    * As part of financing of the acquisition, has received subscription commitments for about 
3.5 million new shares offered at 1.50 crown per share, totaling about 5.2 million crowns 
    * Keeps 2016 profit guidance unchanged
